As the project manager and designer tasked with revamping the case study template, my role was pivotal in bridging communication between the content and growth marketing teams. Focused on achieving optimal ROI within our CMS constraints and developer time limitations, I translated content requirements to growth developers.
This project aimed to revamp an outdated case study template lacking SEO optimization. The existing format, resembling a standard landing page, failed to attract prospects interested in Navan's services.
The case study redesign was highly successful, validated by A/B tests showcasing a significant boost in user engagement attributed to the performance metrics display and sticky sidebar. Notably, the sticky demo request CTA in the sidebar emerged as a key advantage, resulting in elevated conversion rates.
